PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

How the furnace working ?

The intermediate frequency melting furnace is mainly composed of a power supply, an furnace body with a induction coil and a crucible. Iron will be put in the crucible built with refractory cement. After turned on power, an alternating magnetic field is generated in the induction coil, and then a induced eddy current is created to heat and melt iron.

DETAILS DISPLAY
1. Good quality aluminium shell
The aluminum shell furnace is made of die-casting alloy aluminum plates of high quality. It is light in weight and easy to install, even a simple welded steel structure can support it for melting.
2. Pure copper induction coil

The induction coil is made of Chalco Luoyang Copper Oxygen-Free Copper Tube, the wall thickness and specifications of the copper tube are reasonably selected, and they are made on a special mold with no joints in the middle, and pure copper argon arc welding at both ends, which improves the utilization efficiency of electric energy.
3. Double tilting way

Reducer is used to control the rotation of the furnace body for pouring.There are two furnace tilting methods, electric tilting furnace and manual tilting furnace, even if the power is cut off, it will not affect the normal dumping of the furnace.

Power supply cabinet
