Vacuum extruder equipment is mainly used for extrusion of various brick types make of clay, shale, coal gangue, fly ash as raw materials. It can also be used for extrusion of high end building materials like split brick, tile and ceramic pipe etc.

This series equipment is well made in compact structure, good forming performance, high production efficiency, low power consumption, under the same extrusion pressure and production situation, it saves 20% of energy comparing with common vacuum extruder.
1) Welded by wear resistant electrode, this auger could be reusable; Spraying wear-resistant metal materials (the hardness is 7 times of normal one), which ensure a long service life of auger.
