1.Steel ladle
Steel ladle is the container for conving the molten steel and also is the funace body of electric-arc heating.The body of steel ladle is welded in 25 mm steel plate and the bottom is welded in 45mm steel plate . Two lofting lugs are set symmetrically at the both sides of steel ladle for hoisting.
The bottom of steel ladle is fitted with slide gate for pouring and bottom argon-blowing inlet. Argon pipeline is towed in by steeel ladle trolley and connected with argon-blowing pipeline bu quick-connector.
2.Tapping Trolley and Towing Cable Device
Steel ladle vehicles are the transport vehicles for steel ladles to reach each working position. Vehicle body is the welding structure of high quality steel plates. The drive mode is the mechanical drive that consists of electric motors, reducer and vehicle wheels. The speed adjusting mode is frequency speed control. Positioning device adopts oil cylinder to be controlled by oil circuit. There is the track clearer on the vehicle body and at both ends of track are installed buffer devices. In a state of accident, the steel ladle can be dragged out by accident guide wheels and the hooks on the vehicle body. At each working positon, the limit switch is used to control the speed adjustment time of steel ladle.
The towing line device provides drive, weighing and argon for the steel ladle vehicles. One end of towing line is fixed on the ground and the other end moving with steel ladle vehicle is fixed on the vehicle body. By this, argon blowing can be ensured for steel ladle in the whole process. The rubber tube of towing line is bundled up with cotton cloth to prevent rubber tude from being burnt by splashing molten steel or steel slag.
